gb444 wax Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gb444 wax platform and all of its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the organisation operating gb444 wax ("we" or "the platform").

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your agreement to the updated Terms.

3.2 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through the support channel. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, as the platform will not be liable for any pending balance after the account is closed.

3.3 Account Suspension

The platform reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the system.
• Providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Based on a legal directive from the relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gb444 wax is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). Deposit amounts will be displayed accurately and no hidden charges apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method — withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

4.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must come from legitimate sources. Funds connected to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will not be accepted. In the case of suspicious transactions, we may request additional information.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gb444 wax offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is not cash — before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Separate terms may apply to each bonus, which will be clearly stated with the bonus offer.
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games; certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze tier, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gb444 wax are final and cannot be changed except in the case of a technical error. In any section — live casino, slots, or sports betting — the platform's own decision on the outcome of a bet is considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of an incomplete bet or game session due to a server outage, network issue, or game software error, the platform will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution, but cannot guarantee compensation in every situation.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer and are properly verifiable. If a technical error causes an incorrect payout, the platform has the right to correct it.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb444 wax platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Collusion — attempting to influence outcomes by coordinating with other players.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security measures.
• Creating accounts or conducting transactions using false or misleading information.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.

If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings and balances may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

gb444 wax believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage our members to develop healthy and controlled gaming habits. The platform provides various protective tools — deposit limits, session time controls, and a self-exclusion option.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life or your family's life, please read our responsible gaming guidelines and contact the support team if needed. All gaming and betting activities are for those aged 21 and above.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The detailed rules for how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are set out separately in gb444 wax's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy carries the same legal force as these Terms.

gb444 wax uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to keep user information secure. Your payment information is not shared with third parties — relevant providers are only contacted to complete the necessary payment processing.

10 Limitation of Liability

The gb444 wax platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform will not be liable for temporary service disruptions caused by internet outages, server maintenance, or other reasons.

Full responsibility for accessing and using the platform rests with the user. The user is personally responsible for any losses, taxes, or local legal matters.

10.3 Third-Party Content
